a. An RFP to secure counsel to provide pension/tax advice on employee benefit (governmental) plan administration and qualification under IRC ? 401(a) to the State Employees Retirement Commission and the Office of the State Comptroller.
b. Legal issues with regard to litigation relating to the Longley case
and the extension of a contract held with the law firm of Rose-Kallor.
