The meeting began at approximately 10:10 a.m. Mr. Cosgrove and Mr. Baus participated by telephone conference call.

Mr Casella moved, seconded by Mr. Poulin to go into executive session and invited Mr. Ojakian, Ms. Kopek and Ms. Kemp to remain.

Mr. Ojakian left the meeting at about 11:00 a.m.

Ms. Kopek and Ms. Kemp left the meeting at about 11:55 a.m.

Meeting adjourned at about 12:05 p.m.
