The meeting began at approximately 1:30 p.m. The purpose of this meeting was to review in EXECUTIVE SESSION proposals received for the MERS and SERS Actuarial Contract and interview finalists under Sec. 1-210 (b) (24).

At 1:35 p.m. Mr. Baus made the motion to go into Executive Session and to include Ms. Halpin, Mr. Poulin seconded the motion. All voted in favor.

At approximately 4:50 p.m. Mr. Poulin made the motion to come out of Executive Session and it was seconded by Mr. Baus. Reporting out of the Executive Session a motion was made by Mr. Cosgrove and seconded by Mr. Casella that the recommendation be made to the Retirement Commission to accept Cavanaugh Macdonald Consulting, LLC for both the MERS and SERS Actuarial contracts. All voted in favor.

The meeting adjourned at approximately 5:00 p.m.
