The meeting began at approximately 10:00 a.m. due to questions regarding the Ethics and Confidentiality Agreement.

At 10:05 a.m. Mr. Baus made the motion to go into Executive Session and to include Ms. Halpin, Mr. Poulin seconded the motion.
All voted in favor.

At approximately 11:25 a.m. Mr. Poulin made the motion to come out of Executive Session and it was seconded by Mr. Baus. Reporting out of the Executive Session a motion was made by Mr. Cosgrove and seconded by Mr. Casella that Ms. Halpin contact two firms that provided responses to the RFP'S for SERS and MERS to conduct interviews on March 13th beginning at 1:30 p.m. All voted in favor.

The meeting adjourned at approximately 11:30 a.m.
