The meeting began at approximately 2:05 p.m.

Mr. Baus began the discussion to review the draft SERS and CMERS Actuarial Services RFP'S (Request for Proposal) as well as the amendment to the Custom Communications Contract.

Following a detailed discussion concerning the language in the RFP'S , changes were agreed upon to be carried out by the Retirement Division. No motions were made.

The meeting adjourned at approximately 3:45 p.m.
