I. AUTHORITY: In accordance with the request of AFSCME Council 4, the bi-weekly dues/fees increase will be increased to $11.55 effective with the pay period December 29, 2000 through January 11, 2001 (check date January 26, 2001).
: II. PAYROLL PROCEDURES: Pertinent data: DOE 76, Table Number 908, Sort Code 00908.; The agency payroll staff must review the Employee Masterfile (Table Number and Sort Code). The Comptroller's Payroll Services Division will enter the revised deduction rate at the proper time.
