| SUBJECT: | Check & Advice Deposit Security - Update |
We are planning on printing the advice deposit slips on the new laser format for check date March 10, 2000 (Advice Deposit date March 9, 2000). The new form will be inserted into a sealed envelope prior to leaving our office. A memorandum will be inserted into each envelope describing the new advice deposit form for the employees. If there is any change to this date we will contact each agency.
It is our plan to begin printing employee checks on laser printer before the end of the second quarter (June 2000). Again, these checks will leave our office in a secured envelope.
As soon as the specific cut over date for checks is determined, we will forward that information to you.
