Subject:	Increase in Union Dues/Fees, Employees of Judicial Department and Division of Criminal Justice, AFSCME Local 749

I. AUTHORITY: In accordance with the request of AFSCME, Council 4, the bi-weekly dues/fees deduction for employees belonging to Local 749 will be increased to $13.00 effective with the pay period January 14, 2000 through January 27, 2000 (check date February 10, 2000).
: II. PAYROLL PROCEDURES: The agency payroll staff must review the Employee Masterfile (Table Number and Sort Code) to ensure that the dues/fees deduction will be properly updated. The Comptroller's Payroll Services Division will enter the revised deduction rate at the proper time.
: Pertinent Data: DOE 76/77, Union Code 03, Bargaining Unit 43, Table No. 954, Sort Code 00954.
