Subject:	Increase in AFSCME Dues/Fees (NP-4), Local 391

I. AUTHORITY: In accordance with the request of AFSCME, Council 4, the following dues/fees increase will be implemented effective with the pay period January 14, 2000 through January 27, 2000 (check date February 10, 2000).

II. PAYROLL PROCEDURES: The agency payroll staff must review the Employee Masterfile (Table Number and Sort Code) to ensure that the dues/fees deduction will be properly updated. The Comptroller's Payroll Services Division will enter the revised deduction rate at the proper time.
