AUTHORITY: In accordance with the request of AFSCME Local 1303-148, the bi-weekly dues/fees deduction will be increased to $10.50 effective with the pay period January 1, 1999 through January 14, 1999 (check date January 29, 1999).

PAYROLL PROCEDURES: Pertinent data: DOE 76/77, Union Code 03, Bargaining Unit Code 55, Table Number 906, Sort Code 00960.
The Agency payroll staff must review the Employee Masterfile (Table Number and Sort Code). The Comptroller's Payroll Services Division will enter the revised deduction rate at the proper time.
