| Subject: | Elimination of the "B" List Catalog Under the Forms Management Contract with Vanguard Direct |
The purpose of this memo is to advise all State agencies that the "B" List Inventory Catalog under the Forms Management Contract with Vanguard Direct is now obsolete. This catalog contained forms obtained from the previous forms contract vendor, which were offered based on the pricing structure in that contract.
Please discard the "B" List catalog and use the "A" List Statewide Comptroller Forms Catalog when ordering forms.
