| SUBJECT: | Implementation of New Dun and Bradstreet Payroll System - New Date |
This is to inform you and your affected staff, that the implementation of the Dun and Bradstreet Payroll system at the State Data Center, will be November 16, 1995. This implementation will not cause any disruption of payroll services. The final on- line test was successfully completed on October 27, 1995.
I would ask that agencies hold off submitting any system enhancements requests, until after February 1, 1996. This will allow for a smooth transition.
I would especially like to thank all agency payroll personnel for their patience and help during this conversion process. If you have any questions, please contact Gary Reardon, Director of Payroll Services, at 566-5143.
