I. AUTHORITY: In accordance with the request of AFSCME Council 4, the bi-weekly dues/fees deduction for employees in the subject bargaining unit will increase to $13.61 effective with the pay period January 7, 2005 through January 20, 2005 (check date February 4, 2005).
