Payrolls
I. Fiscal Year 2002-2003 (Old Year)
The biweekly pay period Friday, May 30 through
Thursday, June 12, which is scheduled for payment on Friday, June 27, will
be the final biweekly payroll charged to appropriations for fiscal year
2002-2003.
Semimonthly and any other payrolls which will be
paid on or before June 30 will also be charged to
appropriations for fiscal year 2002-2003.
II. Fiscal Year 2004 (New Year):
Payrolls which will be paid on July 11 2003, or later will be
charged to new year (2004) appropriations. Payrolls will continue to be
processed through the old payroll system using the current (old) chart of
accounts until the middle of September at which time processing will be done
in Core-CT. During the interim period, payrolls will be first posted to CAS
and that information will then be extracted from CAS at a high level and
posted to Core-CT. Agencies will be responsible for any lower level coding
corrections.
